Trouble with our social programs

A man with a very sick wife and I mean sick, people who really need help and cannot get it.

Then there is two females who are very well, playing the sytsem do get it.

The program is section 8 housing.

The two females have boyfriends/working/ who are not suppose to be living there and of course they lie.

The man with the very sick wife is honest and gets zip! His wife is in a wheelchair, the two females are more then able to work.

So, do our programs which are suppose to help people force you to lie?
